We respect copyright law and expect its users to do the same. It is Our policy to terminate in appropriate circumstances Account holders who repeatedly infringe on copyright.
Users are welcome to share gameplay on streaming and video-sharing sites such as Youtube and Twitch, so long as they comply with Terms. Users are responsible for following Terms of Service for third-party sites such as Twitch along with Terraform Terms. We are not repsonsible or liable for negative responses or harrassment from users from third-party sites viewing User's content ("Viewers").
These Terms are governed exclusively by the law in force in California, United States of America. All legal actions in connection with these Terms shall be brought in the state of federal courts located in California, United States America.
